1. Photos and color preferences
After you sign in and select a photo, it is sent to our image upload service for storage and validation. A preview and the returned image addresses are held in memory as you navigate between tools. Refreshing or closing the page clears this browser state but does not delete the image from the upload service. Uploading a photo does not itself start hair color generation.
When you select Apply Hair Color, the photo, selected shade, intensity, and blend settings are sent to our server. If generation is configured, our server forwards them to the image-processing provider to fulfill your request. If generation is unavailable, the request returns an error. Only submit photos you have permission to use.
2. Usage information and analytics
The website loads a third-party CNZZ analytics script to measure website usage. Your browser connects to that provider, which may receive your IP address, browser and device information, page visits, and referral information, and may use cookies or similar identifiers. Hosting infrastructure may also process request logs for delivery, security, and troubleshooting.
You can manage cookies and website storage through your browser settings or block analytics requests using browser privacy controls. Clearing cookies alone does not prevent future analytics requests.
3. Purposes and service providers
Information is processed to display the website, produce requested previews, understand site usage, and diagnose or prevent technical problems and misuse. Hosting, analytics, and image-processing providers may process information in countries other than your own.
The generation endpoint does not write submitted images to an application database or file store. This does not mean that infrastructure or external providers keep no logs or copies; their handling and retention depend on their services and settings.
4. Your choices and security
You can use sample previews without submitting a personal photo. Do not include sensitive information in images. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Browser controls can remove locally stored site data but do not erase records held by external providers.
5. Children and policy updates
The service is not intended for children under 13. Do not submit personal information about children under 13. Users who are minors must have permission from a parent or guardian.
We will update this page when our information practices change. New account, payment, or generation features may require additional notices before use.
