1. The service

AI Hair Color Changer offers hair color inspiration, sample previews, a preference-based quiz, and photo tools. Features marked as coming soon are not a promise of current availability. You must be at least 13 to use the service; minors must have a parent or guardian's permission.

2. Your photos and permissions

You retain your rights in the photos you submit. You must own or have permission to use each photo, including permission from identifiable people in it. You authorize us and the service providers involved in your request to process the photo to deliver the requested functionality. Do not violate another person's privacy, image rights, or intellectual property rights.

3. Prohibited NSFW content

NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content is strictly prohibited. You must not upload, submit, request, generate, or distribute through the service any nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material, sexual acts, or content intended for sexual gratification.

Sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation or abuse, non-consensual intimate imagery, and sexual deepfakes are prohibited without exception. Do not use the service for graphic violence, gore, threats, harassment, hateful abuse, or other unlawful or harmful content.

Do not attempt to bypass content restrictions or safety measures. We may reject requests, remove content within our control, or suspend or terminate access for violations, and may report unlawful activity as required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, evade usage limits, or use automated requests that disrupt availability. You are responsible for your submissions and how you use any outputs.

5. Payments and refunds

The current website does not offer purchases or paid subscriptions. Any future paid offering will disclose its price, billing terms, and applicable refund conditions before checkout. Our Refund Policy explains the current position. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

6. Results and availability

Previews and recommendations are illustrative and may contain inaccuracies. They do not guarantee a real-world dye outcome or replace professional advice. Read our Disclaimer for details. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may change features or these terms. Revised terms will be posted here with an updated date. If you do not agree with the terms, stop using the service.
